The stress levels have gone down for everyone! I am not hassling everyone for info all the time. Before we got Smetric Insights involved, we had loads of data, but it was all in different systems. So we were going into each system to export it to Excel, to try to put it together into meaningful information to drive decisions. Now I just look at the dashboards first thing every morning to see what’s happening and move on.

Our previous reporting was rigid with no tailoring to see things how we wanted to see them. We didn’t just want financial reporting; we wanted operational metrics, daily. Smetric tailored some connectors to extract the data they required from Xero, EROAD and iCosLive. The data is refreshed daily each morning at 5am. Having the dashboards refreshed daily, automatically, saves time every day.

Smetric has a brilliant team. They are very responsive, on the mark, and great innovators of automated dashboards. The greatest thing about the Smetric team is that they do not say no! They say anything is possible! If that is what you want, we will try it. Then tomorrow morning, there’s a new solution!

They want to analyse their data to a deeper level so that they can use it for better forecasting and predictive analytics. We are no longer spending hours each day updating cumbersome Excel reports. The Smetric Insights reports clearly highlight the exceptions and areas in our business we need to focus on.
